• With the information in the 1860 Briscoe record, I was able to locateMargaret and her previous husband in Cherokee County, Alabama, underthe name of Tapley and Margaret Nauls in the 1850 census.  In this1850 record the three younger children from the 1860 Briscoe householdare in the Nauls household, with older siblings
