- Some have understood this name as Keziah, which was a common name inthat period. I have never seen Roziah, which is in the transcriptionof her father's will. The actual document does look like the intendedname was Roziah. Family sources sometimes list her as Kezia, whichwas a common name of the time (usually spelled Keziah).
Her record of marriage to James Scott also reports her as Keziah.
