This record helps us with the order of Robert's names. I had surmisedfrom the census records that the name order was Bryan Robert, but haveadjusted to follow this record, which I will assume to be morefirst-hand information. He signs the name in this order, though withthis spelling: ROBERT BRIND CRISWELL. This birth date helps with theexact date of birth.
Note the spelling of his last name, which as far as I can tell, wasnever used by this Criswell family. I did, however, find one earlylisting with this spellling in the funeral home records for one earlyCriswell.
