- There are two graves of infant children of Jim and Jackson and hiswife Eliza Tate Jackson in the Curtis Cemetery in Weatherford, one boyand one girl. The girl is Jewel.

Both the infants' graves are unnamed, but the Parker County deathregister identifies the girl as Jewel, dying on 27 December 1908 atthe age of 8 months. Wanda Tate Cox and her cousin Teresa Tate Smithfound a record of death for Jewel on the next line after Eliza'srecord in the county death register. Eliza's death record reports shedied on 4 November 1908. Both she and her 8-month-old daughter diedof consumption (tuberculosis).
